Hi internet foodie friends! Adrienne here. I’m just an everyday girl trying to be cool – one recipe at a time!

I discovered that food blogs were a thing back in 2011 and decided I should make one. It was completely awful, considering I had no idea how to make a website or how to cook… examples:

  1. I learned how to make scrambled eggs as a 19-year-old college student by calling my older sister and having her walk me though it step by step…
  2. I once asked my mom where to find lemon zest in the grocery store…
  3. Oh and I thought cream of tartar would be in the dairy section…

Long story short, that blog bit the dust but all-in-all, it was definitely for the better! In 2014, I created my NEW food blog, Appetites Anonymous (aka this blog, duh), and it’s been all fun and games and ridiculously delicious cooking ever since!

Soooo what’s different about my food blog then the 50 million others out there in the big wide internet ocean? Ummm, it has ME. AND all kinds of recipes! It’s funny, I’ve read so many articles, listened to a bajillion podcasts, watched tons of webinars that all tell me my website/blog needs a niche/specific audience – like only dinner recipes or gluten free recipes or vegan recipes or healthy recipes or dessert recipes or something else that limits the types of recipes I post on here. But screw that. I’m an everyday girl that loves healthy food, cookies, quick and easy recipes, elaborates meals and every dang thing in between. Answer to your question… what makes my food blog different? I’m busting out of the confinement and sharing it ALL. All the recipes with no limitation!

Now that we have that out of the way… WELCOME YO. I’m so unbelievably glad that you are here! Let’s BE FRIENDS and eat delicious food.
