witches' brew mimosas (or fall mimosas)

Servings 6 (6 oz) cocktails

Ingredients

  • 5 oz apple cider
  • 4 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • 2 oz brandy
  • caramel sauce
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • optional garnish: apple slices, pomegranate seeds, and/or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix up apple cider, pomegranate juice, ginger beer, and brandy in a large measuring cup. Drizzle a little caramel sauce inside each champagne glass then fill them 2/3rds to 3/4ths full of champagne (about 4 oz each). Top off with the apple cider/pom juice/brandy mixture (about 2 oz each). Garnish glasses with apple slices, pomegranate seeds, and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon. ENJOY.

Recipe Notes

You'll note that my caramel sauce is on the outside of the glass... this is purely for the picture. I don't recommend doing that unless you want to clean up a big caramel mess lol.
